Return Policy

APPLIES ONLY TO PURCHASES MADE FROM HELIOPAN ON THIS SITE* 

*If you purchased your Heliopan product from a dealer, please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy. We do not accept returns of purchases made from other sources.  

However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help. You have 15 days to return your merchandise. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition. Please include a copy of the packing list, a note explaining the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange of equal value or to be credited (excluding shipping). While there is no restocking fee, shipping charges, if we provide you a return shipping label, will not be refunded.

In the event you feel there is a manufacturing error, please contact the Service Department at service@heliopan.com and we’ll do our best to make things right.

Domestic Return Process

To return an item please log into the My Account page. Click on the Return Items? link to the right of the order number and follow the instructions. A return label will be emailed to you within 24 hours. If you do not receive the label after 24 hours, please email us at consumerorders@macgroupus.com and include your order number.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

International Return Process

Return your item using your preferred carrier, whether that is UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Credit will be issued once the return has been received and processed.
