If you bought your product from a Dealer in the U.S. but you reside in another country, please know that we will happily service your product but you will be responsible for shipping charges to and from our U.S.-based service facility. Broken UV or Protection Filter?
Heliopan is pleased to offer a one-time replacement warranty for any UV or Protection Filter purchased new from heliopan.com.
To replace a damaged filter, send your proof of purchase in the form of a dated bill of sale and the damaged filter to:

Limited Warranty Coverage
Your Heliopan product has been carefully manufactured, has passed many quality assurance checks and has been thoroughly tested before shipment. If bought new in the USA it is warranted by us for 5 years from date of purchase to the original owner, against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by mishandling, dropping, or leaking batteries, nor modification or servicing performed by others.
Heliopan products purchased in the USA requiring service may be sent through your local authorized dealer or directly to the Heliopan Service Department
