At Heliopan, we pride ourselves on offering the very best products in our category and will bend over backwards to make sure you are totally thrilled with your new purchase. In order to ensure that, we need you to register your products. Don’t worry. It takes no more than two minutes (and that’s if you’re a slow typer.)

You should register any of the products you have bought from us. Simply click the Register button below.

A reminder: Please be sure to keep your original Bill of Sale in a safe place. You will need to submit it with any request for Warranty Service.

Requesting Service
Heliopan products purchased in the USA requiring service may be sent through your local authorized dealer or directly to the Heliopan Service Department. International Shipping is not covered under warranty service. Products must be carefully packed and insured, and sent together with a description of problem and details on the best method to contact you. If requesting Warranty Service then proof of purchase (copy of dated Bill of Sale) must be included. After we receive and evaluate your product we will contact you to discuss the service options.

If you bought your product from a Dealer in the U.S. but you reside in another country, please know that we will happily service your product but you will be responsible for shipping charges to and from our U.S.-based service facility. Thank you for understanding and remember to support your local dealer.

Broken UV or Protection Filter?

Heliopan is pleased to offer a one-time replacement warranty for any UV or Protection Filter purchased new from heliopan.com or any of our authorized US Resellers.

To replace a damaged filter, send your proof of purchase in the form of a dated bill of sale and the damaged filter to:

Repaired equipment is subject to a 90-day limited warranty, covering only re-repair if necessary and not consequential damages.

The foregoing warranties are exclusive and are in lieu of all other warranties, whether written, oral or implied. There is no warranty of merchantability in any respect other than expressly stated above and no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Heliopan shall in no event be liable for losses, direct or consequential damages, or inconvenience caused by the failure or malfunction of this product.
